We run 4  different Yoga classes a week at Lutterworth Pilates & Therapy Centre plus one to one and private group Yoga sessions.

Our instructors Debs and Nichola are experienced instructors working with you in class to ensure correct posture and postitioning.

Our classes are:

Yoga Move

Perfect for those that:
Have practiced Yoga before, are confident in the major postures and want to deepen their practice.
Have strong well established core strength and fancy a go!
Want to develop stamina and strength in shoulders, legs and core.

Yoga Breathe

For those that prefer a gentler pace but still want deep breath work, proper anatomical instruction and classic poses. Ideal for you if:
You want to learn Yoga (yes you do!)
You have an injury or ailment that means you need to work more slowly.
You just like this style!

Yoga Flow

A dynamic class where sequences of postures are linked with the breath.

Perfect for those of you looking to relieve stress relief, build strength & stamina, whilst developing greater flexibility.
