Events from the past can evoke feelings in the here and now which cause anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, for example. Sometimes we just feel “stuck” in life and need a little help in understanding the cause of the feeling. Therapy offers an opportunity to feel properly heard, to think and talk about issues you are experiencing.
